During their first visit, Grandpa Gil and Nancy had the great idea to take Gabriel on his first picnic.

Gabriel let us know early on that this was a great idea. Right ON, Grandpa!

We got to the park, picked out a shady table, and unpacked our feast: submarine sandwhiches,
salt & vinegar chips, lemonade, iced tea, and soda.

Poor Gabriel. His menu never varies. Maybe next year.

None the less, it appeared Gabe was having a good time.

Gabe even had a chance to see some wildlife.
This critter wanted some people food enough to explore beneath our table before we were gone. |
